Is this fully remote?

Yes — no travel or appointment is needed for the digital route. The two-document route is different: original documents have to be examined in person, by appointment at our Bedford or London–Stratford office.

What does it cost?

£49, all-inclusive, for a UK-resident director verified remotely; £125 if you need an in-person appointment in Bedford or London–Stratford; £119, all-inclusive, for a foreign or overseas director verified remotely. Standard office appointments are £125 for either residency group. There are no hidden extras and no VAT.

Our fees: UK remote £49; overseas remote £119; standard office appointments £125 for UK or overseas residents. Complex cases from £175 following assessment and an agreed quote. Bulk remote verification: £39 per applicant with a UK or EU chip passport (minimum 25); £85 per overseas applicant without a chip passport (minimum 10). Smaller numbers pay the standard price: £49 online, £119 overseas by video call, £125 in person. For larger volumes, email us to confirm pricing. Visits to your premises carry the applicable verification fees plus one travel and attendance charge, quoted and agreed before booking.
